Joe Jonas just announced that starting September 6, he'll be teaming up with British R&B star Jay Sean for a month-long tour. "This is going to be a killer tour and who better to hit the road with than Jay Sean," Joe says. "I've been working hard to put together a show that my fans are going to love. There are some real surprises in store so people coming out to these shows are going to see a different side of me. I really can't wait to get back out there and see all those familiar faces again."

Joe and Jay are covering 19 cities total, starting at the House of Blues in Boston and ending in New York City on October 6. From there, Joe will be joining Britney Spears as the opening act on her Femme Fatale tour.

"It's a dream come true," Joe says. "She was the first girl I ever had a poster on my wall of, and her album was the first CD I ever bought. It's so funny to think I had that on my wall and here I am about to perform with her."

Joe is doing a trial run tonight at Britney's show in NJ and then will link up with her again in Europe in October to perform in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Joe Jonas has been hard at work promoting his debut solo album Fastlife, which was slated to come out September 6. However over the weekend, Joe announced on his Twitter that Fastlife is now scheduled to come out on October 11.

Joe's next single off his album is called "Just In Love," and Joe was spotted filming the music video at a train station in Paris last week. "Paris was fun," Joe said.

Has Joe Jonas found a new girlfriend? The singer was caught hanging with 6'1" model Karlie Kloss at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club on Saturday. Before they watched Prince William and his polo team win 5-2 at the charity match, Joe, 21, and Karlie, 18, posed together at a photo booth sponsored by the British fashion house Jack Wills.

The pair went from silly to romantic in just three shots, starting off with kissy face photos to sweetly staring into each other's eyes.

Joe and Karlie were also spotted chatting with Beastly's Alex Pettyfer and the stars goofed around after the match, even doing impressions of the polo players.

As J-14 previously reported, Joe Jonas premiered the music video for "See No More" last night during E! News.

"The idea I had was to use a house as a metaphor of being stuck in my own head because the song is obviously about the end of a relationship," Joe says about the video. "I said, 'Okay, if you were stuck in your own head, and you see everything that reminds you of this person, you want to get rid of everything [that reminds you of this person].'"
