Demi is currently on a "mind and body cleansing retreat" and taking another tiny break from Twitter for the week.

After a brief Twitter break, Demi Lovato is officially back on the social networking site. Although there was some speculation that the pop star's break was due to her returning to rehab, Demi assures her fans that she's perfectly fine. "Don't believe the hype," she Tweeted. "All is well! So stoked to head to Chile in a few days! Love all my Lovatics...MUAH! xo"

Demi is gearing up to go to Chile for the Iquique Music Festival on February 4 where she's slated to perform alongside Colombian pop star, Juanes.

Demi Lovato's recent Twitter break sparked rumors that the singer entered rehab for a second time. The rumors stated that Demi is attending Passages, an in-patient treatment center in Malibu, CA.

The site that posted the story also said, "Demi is expected to remain a resident of the facility for several weeks, after which time she will transition to out-patient treatment."

However, these reports are false -- Demi is not back in a treatment center.

This weekend Demi Lovato made a shocking decision when she decided to take a break from Twitter -- indefinitely! Before signing off, she Tweeted one last message to followers, explaining her decision: "Twitter break. It's for the best actually. Who allows me to have this thing anyways?!!! I just get myself in trouble! Haha. Anyway... BYE!"

This isn't the first time the singer has taken a break from the social networking site -- when she entered treatment for "emotional and physical" issues in October 2010, Demi signed off Twitter for five months.
