Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam's Matthew "Mdot" Finley is undergoing recovery after losing control of his Ducati bike and falling of a 100-foot cliff in Malibu, CA last Thursday.

"Ducati off cliff... more surgeries tomorrow... I WILL Survive!" Mdot Tweeted on Tuesday.

Mdot, who plays Luke in Camp Rock 2 and toured with Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers on the Camp Rock tour last summer, was trying to make a turn and lost control of his motorcycle, sending him over the edge of the cliff.

He is currently being treated for multiple compound fractures and injuries to his face and head. He's reportedly also undergone surgery to repair damage to his leg and will require more in the future.

"I crashed hard, but the love and support from my friends, fans, and family have helped ease the pain," Mdot said in a statement. "I love riding, almost as much as I love dancing. I'm praying to be back doing both soon. I want to thank the brave responders, firefighters, paramedics and doctors who rescued me and saved me."

Wednesday night's People Choice Awards were full of surprises! After taking the stage for a performance of "A Year Without Rain," Selena Gomez looked shocked as she won the award for Favorite Breakout Artist -- beating fellow nominee (and boyfriend!) Justin Bieber.

Also, just one day after visiting her house, Zac Efron beat out ex-girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens for Favorite Star Under 25. And even though she's currently still in treatment, Demi Lovato won the award for Favorite TV Guest Star for her role on Grey's Anatomy and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam was named Favorite TV Movie.

In their first joint appearance since last summer, Rob Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and Kristen Stewart graced the stage as The Twilight Saga: Eclipse took home four awards, including Favorite Movie and Favorite On Screen Team, making it the night's biggest winner.

Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam premieres tonight at 8 p.m. ET on Disney Channel. J-14 sat down exclusively with the Jonas Brothers to chat about Joe and Demi's on-screen kiss, their own camp experiences, and of course, the famous birdhouse from the first Camp Rock!

J14: What was your favorite part about filming Camp Rock 2?
Kevin: I really enjoyed "Heart and Soul" -- that performance was really cool. But I also loved working with the kids, the junior rockers, that was a lot of fun.

J-14: Joe, what's your character, Shanne, and Mitchie's (Demi Lovato) relationship like this time around?
Joe: They've been talking all year and now they're seeing each other again for the first time. They want to get to know each other a little bit better and spend more time together, but finding that time is really hard -- she's trying to help out the camp like crazy and Shane respects that, but he's getting a little frustrated. He's like, "Come on -- I came here for you and for the camp, but majority of the reason is for you, come on!"

Demi Lovato takes on the role that made her famous as Mitchie Torres again in Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. This time around, Mitchie's biggest concern isn't fitting in, it's saving Camp Rock from being closed down. J-14 chatted with Demi exclusively on the Canadian set where she revealed movie deets! Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam premieres tomorrow night at 8 p.m. ET on Disney Channel.

J-14: How is your character in different Camp Rock 2 versus the first Camp Rock?
Demi: Mitchie is definitely not as pure anymore. She's really just excited to be at the camp. She's basically in love.

J-14: Mitchie was uncomfortable the first movie. Is she more confident now?
Demi: This movie she's not insecure anymore so she's definitely more confident. We're kind of parallel. In the first movie we were a lot more alike because we were both growing up and now we found who we are. Mitchie's totally different than me, but in a way we kind of are the same.

The Camp Rock 2 premiere was Wednesday night, August 18, at Lincoln Center in New York City, and all of the CR2 girls got totally glammed up for the night and looked gorgeous.

Demi Lovato wore a white and silver sequined Edition by Georges Chakra mini and Everlon jewels, Alyson Stoner sported a blush colored BCBG dress, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle chose a strapless, structured floral print dress, and Meaghan Martin paired her LBD with a long chain necklace and drop earrings.

J-14 is your number one source for all things Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. Not only did we get to visit the Canadian set in the fall, but we got a sneak peek at the movie last week! And now we have all the details about it's big premiere...

As we previously reported, Camp Rock 2 will premiere late this summer -- Friday September 3 at 8 pm to be exact. But no worries that you'll have to wait all summer in anticipation, some of the Camp Rock 2 cast will be going on tour!

J-14 broke the news two weeks ago that the big Jonas Brothers world tour this summer will be a Camp Rock tour. The tour kicks off on July 27 in Dallas and JB will be joined by Demi Lovato and some off their CR2 castmates. The soundtrack to the movie also comes out that day. (The JoBros and Demi will be giving fans a taste of the tour on Good Morning America on May 21 and August 13.)
